Nutrition-Fall 2008

by TNMommy

Okay Guys! I think it is time to start a new thread about this falls nutrition classes.

I have not had this much busy work in my entire college experience. Tell us how your experiences are, and questions that you may have. Everyone needs a study partner!

Do you have alot of busy work too? My class is supposed to be on video, but she says the video doesn't exactly go with the course outline. She says we just need to read the book, turn in the study questions, and do the nutrition portfolio for the first 5 chapters. That is alot of writing! She basically is not teaching. We are pretty much on our own.

We have to trackdown food for four to seven days and use this software to print out like averages and then do the reports !!! The project is divide into like 3 parts. Am taking the class online and i guess i just didnt expect it to occupy up so much of my time!!
