The nutrition class that I am taking right now is just like that. We just finished talking about macromolecules and condensation/hydration reactions. Sure the first lecture was really boring, but once it got to this part it became more interesting. Today's class was about lactose intolerance.

Speaking of today's class... I missed it!!! Damn it! For some stupid reason I forgot all about the class and left campus. I came back to campus for the class immediately after it. Stupid... Hahahaha! I really wanted to hear about the subject because I'm lactose intolerant.

Oh well...
