Since reading your post, I have made some enquires and the best strategy is to have many options as possible when pursuing the AAS. You seem to be very prudent , smart (lol) and resourceful in your quest for a school of best fit-bravo! Good luck!

pm me about Suny Clinton and Tompins Cortland. Info on tuition, passing grades, duration, location, transportation and housing will be welcomed. I will also be happy if you would keep me up todate with the pros and cons of your chosen school, which will help me decision wise.
