    Thats what I was thinking, though I think males may actully have a low level.

    This is actually a good question. Men have all of the pituitary hormones ( LH, FSH, prolactin, oxytocin).

    My money was on hcg but that is also found in men too. AFP is only found in detectable levels in men with cancer...
