need help figuring out schedule!

So I just started my senior year in HS but im gonna begin taking my pre-reqs may, as soon as i graduate so i want to have an idea on what i should sign up for. So these are my options tell me what you think and if it's do-able. A little backround on me: I don't have a job, I'll live at home, partying isn't my thing and my GPA in HS is a 3.9 but i know college is much different. I'm taking honors a&p, AP chem, AP Stat, AP lit, AP spanish lit and economics. I just started so i'm not sure how well i'll do but i usually take a heavy course load like this to prepare for nursing school. Anywho here's what i'm thinking.

Summer: A&P 1 + Lab and Chem 1 + Lab (i'm taking it again so i can get more points in nursing school they dont count AP)

Fall: Micro + Lab, A&P 2 + Lab and Chem 2 + Lab

OR

A&P 2 + Lab, Chem 2 + Lab, College Algebra and English 2

have any of you taken a similar course load? i dont want to get more than i can handle and lose all my chances of getting into nursing school. Thanks so much for your help! you guys have helped me so much before.

If it were me I would check the pre-requisite list at the school you are applying to. I'm sure you will have to have things like English, a computer course, psychology, and a few other things. I would mix in a few of those "cake" classes in with a science class. That way you can gage the science classes and see how hard they will be. Maybe you don't have to have Micro until you are already in the program, at my school we didn't, but I went ahead and took it early so I don't have to worry about it while I'm in my program classes. I don't think your anticipated course load is too much though! :) Good luck!!

Unfortunetly not. My pre-reqs are Micro, A&P 1 and 2, Chem 1 and 2 all with labs. English 1 and 2. College Algebra. & it all has to be done before the first semester so thats why i'm in a rush. Thank you! :)

I would shy away from three labs in one semester and instead take a graduation requirement or transfer requirement. Two labs plus english and math seem doable. I took a lot of AP courses in high school and graduated with a 4.3 avg but still insist on not doing more then two labs per semester. Those are the classes they really care about and I would rather not stretch myself and end up suffering and not having the A

I wish I was prepared like you, I didn't think about being a nurse until towards the end of my senior year of high school. I am starting my freshmen year of college this September and two of my pre-requisites could have been easily been done in high school (General Biology & General Chemistry). As well as English Composition 1, I could have taken AP English Language to cover that pre-requisite.
