Today was my first lab in a&p 1, and ever since the class ended I have been having major panic attacks.I am so overwhelmed. I don't know how I am going to pass this class. It's so complicated with the tissues and stuff

Any advice/words of encouragement would be so helpful and greatly appreciated!
Find the study methods that work best for you and use them. Be willing to put on the study time--as with another poster here, total immersion worked for me. Flash cards, recording and relistening to lectures (especially during my commutes to and from school), utilizing Open Lab and every other resource my school offered, and study groups all helped bring me A&P success. Don't forget your instructor! Make an appointment and see your instructor whenever you have trouble grasping a concept or to even get study tips. My instructors have been the best resource of all.
Yes, A&P can be intimidating. I remember seeing the course schedule that first day and thinking, "What have I gotten myself into? There is no way I'll be able to do this! " But then I realized I could. Now I look back knowing I did. I'm not ashamed to admit I'm extremely proud of that accomplishment.
