Help finding a school

Nursing Students Pre-Nursing

Published

Hey guys so I'm scared I might not be able to find a nursing school with my gpa. I only have an overall gpa of 2.9. My teas score was pretty low as well, only scored a 65% overall. Is there any school in the U.S where I can get into a bsn program? I'm also willing to relocate.

Are you saying apply to the same school again if you get rejected or just apply to every school until one picks you? Also can I ask what your gpa was when you got accepted? I live in California I feel like down here to get into school is just not going to happen. I was looking to go down west, like Chicago, and get into an ADN program down there.

I applied to many schools multiple times. Unless you have a 4.0 GPA & stellar test scores, you probably won't get in on the first go around.

I don't even remember what my GPA was. I was shocked when I was accepted. But I had to turn down the acceptance because I had a high risk pregnancy.

If you feel moving will increase your chances (I know CA is bombarded by people applying to nursing schools) & you can afford it, then go for it!
