I attend Mildred elley NYC I took the teas and got a 65 on the teas which is proficient... but the school wants a 68 but the Albany campus passing grade is 50 I'm so lost right now. I just want to get in Lpn worst thing is they make you sign up as a ma to transition over. Sigh I don't even know if the classes will transfer what should I do now

If you want to be a nurse, why are you bothering with a school that requires MA courses?

They make you take ma classes when you finish your pre reqs until ty out take the teas....it was definitely a poor choice on my behalf and an expensive one. I wondering if to transfer and what schools are good

I'd start seriously studying for the TEAS and looking for other nursing school options. Once you find one that interests you, get a list of their requirements and spend some time talking to an academic advisor at your current school, so you know exactly what you need to do.

I agree with the posters above. Restudy for the test, since it is a requirement for many nursing programs, and consider a more advanced nursing degree, in the form of an ADN or BSN, unless you have a very good reason for pursuing an LPN. You'll find that there's a lot of overlap between the prerequisites for RN programs, so you'll be able to apply to many programs, after taking them at a local college (many people take them at a community college to save on cost). For more specific advice on the TEAS, you need to figure out where you are going wrong. There are four sections: reading, math, science, and English and language use. You need to figure out which section(s) you are struggling with. That all starts with taking a practice exam and determining where your weaknesses are based on the correct answer descriptions.

For reading, are you getting the themes, author opinion, and main points of each passage? If you are, are you reading the questions at a fast enough speed? Are you finding the information to non-passage-based questions? In general, have you looked at the answers to the questions you've gotten wrong? For math, are you able to apply the rules of algebra to non-word and word problems? For word problems, are you able to figure out how that translates into algebra? If not, have you figured out where you are going wrong and practiced in those areas? For science, have you taken the prerequisites and understand different topics being asked, like anatomy? If not, how have you identified where you are going wrong and reviewed that topic? For English and language use, do you understand the rules of spelling and grammar? Have you reviewed these rules in the official test book? In general, have you reviewed all the rules and topics listed in that book? There are many more questions, but these are some questions you should be thinking about. You can't get better if you don't know what you are doing wrong. And you can't know what you are doing wrong, unless you practice, under test conditions.
