Good Morning All,
The BSN programs I plan on applying to in the nearby future requires Genetics as one of the co-requisites. I wanted to know if anybody on here took Genetics?, If so, How was the course? Is it doable?

Human Genetics is a really interesting class. That was the class that really opened my eyes to liking human biology
. Anyhow, it's a lot like a general Bio class, in addition to some pathology. It's quite interesting as it goes through the cell, the immune system, reproductive system, at the same time explaning what happens to these systems when they are interfered by mutation. My professor was kind of tough though (made multiple choice in multiple choice 100 question tests -_-) but that was just her way of teaching. It all varies on the professors, some will be more challenging than others. Anyhow, it really helps you recognize a lot genetic diseases and illnesses later on when you take A&P and Micro! good luck!
