Does Acute Care CNA training pay off?

  1. 0 Hello,

I am a new CNA/CHHA since October '12. I do both CNA/CHHA but am thinking of taking a two week training for Acute Care CNA that only costs $500. I wanna work in a hospital cuz working in a skilled nursing home and private agency does not pay much.

Will it pay off? Will I get job offers with this training even if I have less then a year CNA experience? Or do I still have to have 1 year CNA experience?

Also, has anyone taken this training at HACIENDA LA PUENTE ADULT SCHOOL? If so, how has it gone for you?
