Certificate/Diploma Nursing Verses ADN Nursing

I have seen a few schools that offer RN certificate/diploma programs & they allow you to sit for the NCLEX. I just was wondering what the difference is between RN ADN & RN Diploma. I figured the pay and possibly you would have a better chance at getting a job with an ADN. I just wanted to hear your thoughts and opinions. Thank you! Elizabeth
