I am not clear. Can you take pharmacology before getting into the program? I just looked online and there are a few spots open. I am applying for the May program, and it would make sense to lighten the load by taking pharm in January, before the program starts in May.

Also, anyone taken it online? It might seem like a good one to take online, since it is a lot of rote memorization. I am thinking about it.

Don't remember if I mentioned it, but I am applying to Central, too. Anyone heard that they might not have May program at Central?

Dawn Sue-

Apparently, if any is registered for pharmacology and is NOT in the nursing program, they will drop you from the class. Whether or not they actually do it, I am not sure. But the first night of class at north campus, the associate dean came in and announced she was going to be doing just that, and several people got up and walked out.

Also, the online pharm is only for those in the online nursing program. Even if you are in the program, but face to face at one of the campuses, you cannot take pharm online.

And someone asked about clinicals for the online program. My friend is currently in the online program and I believe she goes on Tuesdays from 630am to 6 something pm. I'm not sure if Wednesday is an option, but its only one day a week. The online program as a whole, however, is not very good. Not very many people passed and the instructor is not helpful in any way.
