If you do a search here on AN for the term "Hesi A2", you'll find lots of posts about it. I would read them all, because you'll find little nuggets in all of them. Other than that, relax and take your time on the day of the test. If you are taking it on a computer, remember not to submit your answer until you are sure you've done the best you can, because you don't get to go back and go over questions you've already done. Find out how much time you have to take the test. At my school, it was a lot -- like 5 hours. So I knew there really was no time pressure. Do the section you find the easiest FIRST, to build your confidence, and then tackle a section you find a bit harder.

Good luck! Oh, and remember to eat a nice big breakfast so you're not feeling faint half way through!

Just wanted to let you know I am taking it next week and I will let you know any info I get. I'm just not sure that they are all the same after reading everything on this in AN. I know AtomicWoman is right about a big breakfast. Brings me back to high school. On the days of big exams my mom would actually make us a big breakfast. I am freaking out the same as you. You probably have a type A personality. Good for a nurse but bad for the "unknown" test that will change your future that you have no control over. I am reading Kaplins Nursing guide, got at Barnes and Noble. It goes slow and easy and just relaxes you as you read it. I am hoping that does the trick since I am rusty at all the sciences. Good luck!!!! Can I ask what school you are applying to?? I have looked at all of them around the Chicago area. Also know a bit about the outlying areas.

hey, if you are done with your exams and remember any questions or anything from anatomy and physiology, could you please post that??? I think the questions on the exam are same on every exam because my sister gave her exam on summer'07 and then gave back again on summer '08. She didn't get into the program but we were looking at her results from the exam and the topics that she missed out or did wrong on both of those exams were similar. We just found that out. When I was reading these postsShe doesn't remember anything from those exams, otherwise I would benefit from that.... so if you remember anything from any section, could you help us out??? I am really worried about A&P and vocabulary and I am giving my exam this coming tuesday.

If any questions from the exam are posted, the AllNurses staff will remove them, because it violates the Terms of Service. The questions are copyrighted. I'm not trying to flame ya . You probably aren't aware of this. But I've seen other posts removed for that reason.
