I started A & P on Jan. 18th, I have a wonderful teacher who explains things in a very easy way to understand. This is a relief after last semester in general bio. That teacher automatically assumed you knew what he was talking about and kind of breezed through subjects. We are covering chapters 1 - 5. Our first test is on Feb. 8th on all of these chapters. Most of them are review of general bio. We are also studying tissue's in lab, epithelial cells, bone, etc. So far there are alot of things to remember for the test that is upcoming. I am also taking Microbiology in the evenings, and that is alot of memorization. I have two more classes as well, sometimes it seems a little overwhelming, but I must do well in all of them. I guess it is just a breaking in of what is yet to come in nursing school
. I hear they are very absorbed into their studies, as they are very time consuming. I had the fortunate opportunity to have a psych class with a nursing student who is almost finished. She shed light on so many things that were rumor's from other pre nursing students. You cannot listen to gossip. If I hear something that doesn't sound right, I go to the counselor's office and ask for myself. They ought to be the ones to know what is what. Well have a good weekend everyone, happy studying.
