ADN or EL-MSN for a Career in Administration

  1. 0
    Hi Everyone,

I currently hold a bachelor's degree in Health Management. My next goal is to become a nurse, followed by a more administrative position later down my career path.

Would it be pertinent to attain a Masters in Nursing to do more Administrative work later? (I'm not entirely sure what department just yet, considering I haven't even been accepted to a nursing program.) Or would it be wiser to receive an associates degree, work to gain experience (all while working on my bachelors).

Bottom line, is having a MSN important if I wanted to have a more admin position later?

    Thank You.
