ADN or BSN program near Los Angeles

Hello,

I am looking to get a degree in nursing but have few questions.
1) Which is better to get a nursing job with these days? ADN or BSN?
2) What is the difference between ADN & BSN?
3) I have a pretty low undergrad GPA (2.267) & I understand that min GPA for most school to apply for ADN & BSN is 2.5. Is there a school that is not so strict in GPA requirement?
4) What are some pre-reqs that nursing school requires?
