Racinator25-You can try 3014432908. Not sure if thats what you have, but this is how I get a hold of my case manager (which seems to always be changing). Also, FYI, my scholarship was always late...like middle of the semester late. Once you get official letter, just be really nice to your financial aide person in college and keep on top of making sure HRSA pays by staying in contact with your casemaanger. It is a huge headache sometimes, but I saw it as my job since it helped me not have to work with two small kids in college full time. Also, from what I remember, there are a small number of these scholarships given out and some colleges are new at dealing with them. I found that once I got through first semester maddness, the college realized funds would eventually be transferred and worked with me - as long as I kept on top of it. So glad they are computerized now!

So the website is back up, but there are no changes to my award status. Anybody have anything to add or see a change in their status? I was just hoping that the maintenance meant something....

They are torturing me! Currently 12:22pm here in Puerto Rico. I have class from 2-10pm so hopefully by the time I get back home tonight, my final notification of my award will be posted. We already got the award letter, so why is it so hard to finalize it? Ahhhhh.

Nothing??? This is so frustrating.....I got a work study job in financial aid, but they still cant help without an official letter....nonsense....

Is anyone else starting to think we misunderstood the whole 'notification by August 31'?? Maybe the email we got earlier this month was our notification? It's just so hard-and I know you guys are feeling the same way- because I feel like I can't relax or feel confident that I am getting the scholarship for sure until they send out something else. Has anybody called them recently?
