What's the better route?

I've been thinking about different ideas for the best way to approach graduate school, financially and time-wise.

I'm just finishing up my BSN now, and have about 14 years of experience as an RN.

My ultimate goal is to become a Psych NP.

Is getting a Master's (say at Western Governor's University "") in short time a good move, then going somewhere else for a post-master's certificate for my Psych NP the best approach?

Or just applying to a school that has the curriculum of the Master's/Nurse practitioner program and doing it all at once the better way to go about it?

Just looking for input from people that have done both routes.

I see that the University of Arizona also has a 15 month online MSN program as well. Combined with a Post-Master's certificate program, I'm not sure how long it would end up taking.

I'm just trying not be in school forever..... !!!

Thanks for the responses.
