GPA and FNP

I am attending WGU's online RN-BSN program, and anticipate graduating spring of 2012. My goal is to shortly thereafter apply for a FNP program, preferably online. (Looking at georgetown and a few others) My question is my program is a competency based one, and my GPA will technically be a 3.0, and my ADN GPA was around 3.75. Do you think that will be enough to get accepted into a program, or did I do myself a disservice by attending a competency based program?
