RN, Bachelor degree or Associate degree?

I'm not in a nursing program yet. I will apply next year though.
My goal is to become CRNA..I know I need at least one year of nursing experience in ICU. Does it matter if I have a bachelor in sociology when I apply?
By the way, I graduated with a bachelor in sociology. Now I'm going back to school to get my AA/BS in nursing..

2 questions:

1. Will most CRNA schools accept my sociology bachelor?

2. Should I apply to AA program to get my RN license? or BS program? Which will make me a competitive candidate for CRNA programs in the future?

You have to have your BSN to apply for CRNA school. Im not sure if there are programs that accept an associate in nursing with BS in another form-- I could be wrong. Go on the forum that has the links to all the programs & see. They should have what is required listed. You can always apply to both ADN & BSN programs and see which one you get accepted to. If both accepts you I would go straight BSN. If ADN accepts then do that and get BSN while you are getting your ICU experience.
