Combines NP/NA Programs

I have heard there are CRNA programs that also certifes you to be a Nurse Practioner. Is this so and can anyone give me info as to where these programs are. I currently Live in St.Louis, Missouri I don't believe there are programs in St.Louis that offer this. I would love to graduate from a CRNA and also be able to practice as a NP as well! Thank You!

I believe you heard incorrectly. Being a CRNA may be considered a type of APN in some states (not sure about that part of it) but it's definately not an NP in the same sense as a family nurse practicioner or even ACNP. There wouldnt be any programs that could offer you dual certification either, they are entirely different specialties.
