Hello i will be starting crna school in january in ft myers florida. What is your thoughts on buying a 3 or 4 bedroom house and renting the rooms out to attempt to cover the mortgage? Good idea or bad? I did under grad in the area and know there are a lot of forclosures and houses built in the 80s to 90's that are for sale under 150k. I'll be takin out student loans to cover tuition and living cost. I would probably sell thehouse after the 28month program is finished....

I'd rent a 3-4 bedroom house and have roommates. If you buy, then you are ultimately responsible for the mortgage. If you rent, your roommates can also sign the contract. Also, once you graduate, if you get a job out of state you definitely don't want to have to sell a house.
