Anything else I can do to increase my chances for admission?

Hi all. I plan on applying to CRNA schools towards the end of this year and in the meantime, I'm trying to be as competitive as possible (I just turned 23). I started working right after graduation in a medical/surgical ICU and sometimes float to our level 2 trauma ICU. I also just received my books for online organic chemistry and the GRE. At my hospital, I still have another year before I can take the CCRN. Any other tips on making me a more competitive candidate?
