i got an interview for the 24th, but moved it to the 30th...i have to travel from TX! =/ so 100 interviews for only 50 slots is wht i hear? yikes! Im so nervous! any suggestions from the wise?

Hi! I am new to this site. I, too, just received the call. I am scheduled for an interview for Jan 30th from 7:45 to 1:00pm. Does anyone know why it is so long? or what to expect?

Any help would be great! I am so worried...

that's when my interview is too! i think we will be touring the campus for a portion of it, along with eating lunch or a break between...let me know if you get more info. thanks!

I really am not sure about what they are going to ask, other than the standard 'why nursing,' 'what do you plan to do with your masters,' etc. type of questions.

Do you live in California? I'm in San Francisco, and will be driving down of the weekend.

I just wanted to ask you when your app packages were complete. I haven't gotten a call yet and I REALLY REALLY want to go to Western, so I'm hoping that I'm at the bottom of the stacks and they just haven't gotten to me.

My friend already got her call, but she was done with her app at the beginning of Dec, whereas I submitted my final docs towards the 20th. I'm getting really nervous about the whole thing. I want to get in so bad I can taste it. LoL.

I turned in my application and all supporting documents a couple days before the Dec 1st deadline (they extended it).

I did call today and they said that my application is still being reviewed. They have interview dates set for the end of this month and Feb. She said if you have been denied admission, you will receive a letter in the mail.

So back to the waiting game...keeping my fingers crossed!

I had my app packet ready by the November 1st deadline (before they extended it). So I heard back sometime November saying that everything was received and again on December 18th saying that I was accepted to the MSNE-FNP Fall 2009 program.

I didn't even hear that they had extended the deadline! Needless to say, my packet was in before November 1st.

I turned in my complete application 2 days before the December due date. My interview is on the 30th and I tried to re-schedule, but the girl on the phone couldn't me a definite interview date. I don't have a great science GPA so I'm probably the bottom of the barrel..
