Hi! Just wondering if any RN's have gotten acceptance/rejection/wait list letters from for the Direct Entry MSN for Fall 2010. This question is for applicants who already have their BSN and are practicing as RN's. I know some of the pre-specialty people have already heard. FYI, I applied to the Psych NP program, and have yet to hear anything. Thanks!

Nevermind! Got my acceptance letter this morning!!! Yay!

I got my letter today.... WAIT LIST for the pre-specialty PNP-Primary Care Program.... I guess thats not terrible considering I applied after the December 1st deadline. Anyone else in a similar situation? What are my chances of getting off the wait list, or is it hopeless????

I applied and I am hoping for acceptance. I really want to go to it is my number one choice, hopefully I will get in :nurse:. Good luck to everyone and nurseyaya congrats on your acceptance.

I've recently been accepted to Vanderbilt's Psych Np Direct Entry program. I would love to connect with other students in my class!

I won't be in your class, but am entering pre-spec for PMHNP and would love to hear your experiences as you go through. Congrats!!!

Congratulations, Counselort!! It's hard to believe in less than a month we'll be getting down to business! I'll be interested in hearing about your program, as well! Best wishes!

I'm really looking forward to it. I've been an MS Psychologist/therapist for fifteen years in all kinds of settings and worked with some incredibly dedicated and professional NP's. They are my models for the future. I'm not sure how to take this conversation private, but maybe we'll just catch up someplace... T

Goodness, I would love to hear about your experiences! It looks as if I have to have 15+ posts before email is an option, as I am new to this website. I have my BSN and most recently have been a camp nurse for children and adults with disabilities and brain injury. In that setting an advanced psych nursing degree would be so helpful.

If you have access to the Housing group you can find me under Discussions talking about the black scrubs, mine is the first post. T

Hey guys, I know this thread stopped a few years ago but I'm wondering if anyone is still around for advice on 's PMHNP program?

I'd like some info as well. Can someone who is in or has been through the program send me a message? Thanks!
