University of San Francisco Entry Masters

Anyone else apply to University of San Francisco's Clinical Nurse Leader Masters program for summer 09? I applied because its one of the few schools whos deadline (still) has not passed (Feb 15th). Any information on competitiveness of the program and what kind of GPAs are typical? I have a 3.57 in my undergrad and 4.0 in nursing science pre-reqs and Ive been an EMT for 3 years on an ambulance and now in the ER. I feel im a strong candidate but im still not very confident.

Hello,
I also applied to USF's Clinical Nurse Leader, Non-Nurse to MSN program for Summer '09. I have a similar GPA, lab experience, and hospital volunteer experience only. You sound like a competitive applicant! Although.... I don't really know the stats of their accepted students. Hopefully we will both get in though! Have you heard any updates from them? An invitation to interview? I haven't received any messages from them yet.

Yes I hope we get in! As far as I know from reviewing their website interviews are not involved in the selection process but I could have missed it. I applied around february 1st and I have not heard anything besides that everything was recieved and my application was sent to the department for review. Fingers crossed =)

I am also interested to apply to the USF Cupertino campus for RN-MSN program. Have you heard anything back? Did you both get in? If you did, how do you like it? Thanks
