Is there any RN-MSN program not requiring 1 yr working experience?

I think it really is going to vary according to what experience you already have, medically-speaking. One program I checked into in North Carolina told me they make exceptions based on other experience. In may case, I've been a Certified Medical Assistant for 17 years so they would have let me pass on the one year of nursing experience. It seems pretty individual so you might check with a person at the school.
