Summer Entry 2013 Accelerated BSN/MSN Johns Hopkins

Hi everyone,

How many of you have applied for the 2013 Accelerated BSN/MSN program at JHU SON? I applied early decision and completed my phone interview on the 26th. They said they will start making decisions calls around the December 15th which is a Saturday so I'm sure we won't hear anything until the 17th or later.

Is anyone else as anxious as I am to hear back from them? I even made a vision board on my fridge that reads: I WILL GET ACCEPTED INTO THE JOHNS HOPKINS BSN/MSN PROGRAM STARTING SUMMER 2013. Positive thoughts work, right?

FYI: I also applied to Columbia, Ohio State, and UCLA.

Hi all just got my call on my drive to work around 8am California time. I got in for fall! I only heard for the BSN. I applied BSN/MSN specialty. Not sure what's going on with MSN or has anyone heard for the MSN. I have to head into work now. Hang tight everyone...the calls are coming!

Thanks!! I'm fall absn/bsn for FNP she said I got into both. I was in the bathroom at work haha .. Oh and I'm in California so it's bright and early over here! Good luck I'm sure your phone call will come soon

Hopeful nurse- did your personal admissions counselor call you? Did they give you any info other than, "you're in!"

Yes, it was my interviewer who called. She told me that it's conditional pending receipt of bachelors degree. I also did not receive acceptance to the masters specialty due to not having enough experience, but she said that my grades were high enough so I can sub matriculate without a problem! Congrats!!! I had so many questions but I knew they were calling everyone today so I didn't want to ask. Do you know if we would have received the Fuld fellowship if they would have said that too?
