Hi Everyone, I haven't seen this thread yet and as the application date (July 1) looms closer I thought I would start one. I am interested to know who is applying, what your undergraduate degree of study was and why you are now going into nursing? I'm taking the TEAS tomorrow!!!

So I will answer my own questions; My name is Darcy, my Bachelor's degree is in gerontology. My plan is to work with the elderly, hopefully in hospice. FNP is the next logical step for me.

Not to stress everyone else, I received a call from interviewer offering me a spot for FNP an hour ago. I wish all of you are waiting the best lucky. @ JeninCA. It's me, Nicole! Wow, sounds like a few people from our interview group got in. I hope you get a phone call soon too! I really liked everyone from our interview group.

@ALXiong The FB group page is such a great idea! I also saw that the Oakland 2012 group started an FB page too. (I felt like such a sad stalker all summer, watching them post and get excited to start the program. Whelp, now it's my turn. Eeeks!)
