MSN Programs No out-of-state tuition

As I was surfing around recently I found a graduate program without an out-of-state tuition fee. It was an online program. It stated something to the effect that because it was online there was no difference in tuition from instate to out-of-state.

Anyone know which university/college might have this feature.

Of course I didn't bookmark the site........eeeeeeee

If any one knows please post here or PM me. Don't really care about the course of study because I haven't wholly decided what I want to do..

Thanks..
