No GRE required for NP programs. Only required for the CRNA program.

Good for you for asking! Just say no to schools that rely on junk science instruments such as the GRE for candidate selection. In a clinical science dominated field informed, guided and directed by BEST evidence, there is no room for the utility of sham instruments.

The University of Virginia faculty voted today to no longer require the GRE for the specialty MSN or DNP programs.

It is still required for the PhD in Nursing (including the BSN-to-PhD).

For the Master's Entry program (Clinical Nurse Leader), the GRE is required only for those whose undergraduate GPA is 3.25 or under.

UPenn doesn't require GREs if GPA over 3.2
