Health Care Systems Management

I am currently working on my MSN with an emphasis in HCSM. Any suggestions as to how I can go about opening up doors for my practium? I would like to complete this outside of where I currently work, which is a hospital setting. Not certain what area of nursing administration or management I would like to further explore. Has anyone had an experiences with finding a practium setting outside of your current work environment? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
