I was wondering the same thing ... I am a current member of AACN and I know they cover critical care but their journals rarely have Pediatric specific things ... any advice from the seasoned PICU nurses?

I read the AACN journals too. There's a discussion group that I belong to online that discusses PICU-related issues and it's quite interesting. I subscribe to Medscape Pediatrics and Critical Care newsletters for nurses and EMedicine's CMEs which are great resources.
