I have been a PICU nurse for many years, but currently my job is to train nurses new to the Peds Critical Care areas. I am looking for an online program. My hospital uses ECCO by the AACN for the adults but I can't find anything for Peds. Does any one know of any? Does anyone use the ECCO program? Any help would be greatly appreciated....

Indiana University has a very thorough Pediatric Critical Care course on-line. All experienced nurses orienting to our unit have to complete the didactic portion of the class before they come off orientation. I found the course to be very challenging but very informative. Hope this helps .....
