Picu course

The hospital i work for does not offer any kind of PICU course,does anyone recommend a course.I'm not looking for a MSN just something that introduces to pediatric orientated disease prcosses,meds,fluid managemnt etc.

I carry a book in my work bag that I have found extremely helpful on more than one occasion, The Manual of Pediatric Critical Care by Mary Fran Hazinski. It's a great resource!
