Ped's cardio steth??

I have a Littman cardio III stethoscope and I love it and for most kids it is fine. But for some of the babies the diaphram is just so big and I was wanting to get a pediatric cardio scope to keep in my bag. Anyone have one they can recommend???

I have a Littmann with a neo bell. Works great for Neo/small peds cardiac patients. You will have to order it at any local store that sells Littmans.
