New nurse with an interview coming up... advice wanted!

I am interviewing in a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit next week... Besides the typical interview questions (strenghts/weaknesses/difficult patient situation/why nursing/ect) what questions should I be prepared to answer for this specific unit?

Secondly, What are some "Must Know's" going into pediatric critical care?

I'm moving this to the PICU Forum. There are already some excellent responses to questions very like this one there. Some of these threads are older, but the responses are no less valid than if they were written this afternoon.
