    My family is thinking about relocating to San Antonio, Texas. I would love to find out which is a great hospital to work for with great benefits and a good salary?

    My background: I have worked in peds for 3 years now and currently work as a PICU nurse in the Midwest. I like the PICU (worked in med/surg and currently work in cardiac PICU) but would love to branch out and fall in love with other things (not eliminating adults totally, but would prefer to stay in pediatrics).

    I've worked as a traveler to one of the children hospital in San Antonio (near medical center area) back in 2006. I didn't have a great experience there. So I can advise you not to work there.
