Please I need your assistance. I finished my ASHE (2 years) in Manila Central University S.Y. 2004-2006, then now transferred to Saint Bernadette College of Health and Sciences along Quirino Hw., Novaliches. Now, 1st sem (2006-2007), I'm completing my subjects in NCM-101, CHD (COPAR), Strategies of Health Teaching and Micro. & Para. but after this 1st sem. I'm planning to transfer again to another nursing school which is CHED-recognized and a reputable one located in Quezon City, Manila, or nearby cities in NCR.

In relation to this, I'm looking for a nursing school that will accept me and will credit my NCM-100, & 101 and other major subjects... Please give me a list of schools. Thank you.

you can try enrolling at UMAK, been there this afternoon and they're accomodating.. look for christian at the college of nursing, he was the one who assessed my transcript and gave me a few advice on what i should do next.. goodluck!!

Thanks for your help. Choco, is UMAK accepting students residing outside Makati coz I'm located here in QC? Can you send me a copy of their Nursing curriculum... and how much is the 3rd yr. reg. fee including tf, rle, affiliatition fee and miscellaneous fee...

i am quite positive that they would accept you since they didn't ask me if i do reside within the confines of their city. As much as i would want to send you a copy of their curriculum, i can't... my scanner isn't working so i can't scan the copy that they gave me. with regards to the fees that you were asking, i suggest you drop by the college. nothing beats first hand information right? cost per unit is 700 and that's all i know so more or less it would fall within the 20-25K bracket per semester. goodluck...

Guys what do you know about Central Colleges of the Philippines and Universidad de Manila? Are they good nursing schools? Do they accept transferee?

I heard that PCHS, located along CM Recto accepts transferees. They're apparently not as strict as other schools. No problem with accreditation either. My friend graduated from that school.

How about Pamantasan Lungsod ng Pasig, do they accept transferees living in QC? .

you may want to inquire at Family Clinic. i'm just not quite sure if that's the name of the school. it's on recto ave. hope this helps.
