VISASCREEN GOODNEWS for june 2006

Updated Jan 24, 2007 at 12:48 PM by gracediwa

Hi fellow batchmates!!

It's been a while since i posted here. Anyway to share the goodnews to all. Don't fret, we beat them, didn't we. Below is a news from cgfns about my visascreen application.

--------------

Thank you for your inquiry. Your IELTS results have been received and accepted. Your VisaScreen certificate will be issued within the next few business days.

-------------

By the way, I applied last October 2006. Yup I am a board passer. Feel free to post here for questions.
------
for curiousity's sake,

I did not register for the PRC license. But that doesn't make any difference, coz I am still one of the june 2006 batch. What I did was I emailed them of my situation, printed a copy of their response and included that with my application. CGFNS said that since I do not have a license, then there's no need to send any license verification from PRC.
---------
for those with their license, well i hope that it will be approved as well. I think so, coz they have been approving application for ces and cvs from our batch.

so that means you are not a registered nurse in the Philippines.

We are in the same predicament. Considering that I was/am registered.

In any case...good for you.

first of all congrats to gracediwa honestly good for you. BUT i don't want to mislead other readers... to quote gracediwa she mentioned - I did not register for the PRC license. But that doesn't make any difference, coz I am still one of the june 2006 batch. - well in my opinion it makes all the difference, because i believe the people who are really waiting for such news re: issuance of the visa screen are those people who took the NLE last june'06 and were unfortunately part of the "cheating scandal." that's the issue here. so to those june'06 batch who are waiting for the "real" good news re: the visa screen. sorry... but still no cigar!

Congratulations, grace! We are so happy for you!

We are also trying to find ways how to go about it. But you beat us unto it, man! So proud of you!

Anyway, please post here your email to CGFNS expalining your situation or a description of what you wrote PLUS a copy of their response. Those will surely be of great help to us.

Keep it up!

to gracediwa:

I just want to ask if you declare that you passed the June06 NLE exam or not when you applied for your visa screen?..is there a part on that application wherein you'll be ask if you pass the local board or not?...im just curios and excited about this matter coz everyday im hoping that this things be resolve and that CGFNS will finally release an statement regarding the matter.

to grace: did you declare that you took the June 2006 exam?

i've read the application form for VSC and it's not asking if she took a local exam or not.. so being a june 2006 passer is not written in her application, I guess they would figure it out only if she has a local license.. (this is what I think)

but still, I hope this is a good news for all of us..
