US LVN to BSN (Philippines)? Good Idea?

I'm about to finish my LVN here in LA thinking it would only take me another year to become an RN through an LVN-RN bridge program. Now I find out that I still need to take a lot of pre-requisites before being admitted to the bridge program and that none of my LVN classes count. I am thinking of going back to the Philippines to take my BSN. Since i already have a bachelor's degree (not a science course) in the Philippines, and having an lvn license here in US, i am thinking i might take my BSN there in the Philippines for a shorter period of time instead of the traditional four/five-year course. I am still unsure about this though, please help me decide?
