Where do you think is the best Training Hospitals in NCR? I'm planning to apply in manila for my trainings (or much betterr training with pay) and i'm still confused which hospital im going to pick out. Any refferals? Thank you.

Pls. if you could include what are the requirments? by the way im only a new board passer.

were wil you use your trainings? US does not honor any training, its proliferating in manila training center that has say its ACREDETED IN THE USA. if you really want to enhance you skills work as a ward nurse dont concentrate on this training though it help buts it valid only in the philippines. the requirments for you to be hired by US employes you have to pased all your necessary requirments like the NCLEX and your english exam. but training in hospitals here can land you a job right? i heard capitol med center offers training for new grads....and if they liked ur performance they could hire you..i dont know the requiremnts yet...im also a recent board passer and looking for a hosp to work...but still we have to wait for our license to apply right?

I think the best training would be to volunteer to understaffed, over-loaded government hospitals... They'll make you handle everything you...

Oh so your a new passer also. All I know some hospitals need only a copy of your certificate of passing and rating requested in PRC instead of your ID (license), only for new passers, but you have still to follow up your ID if you already received it. How about you what's your plan?

Hello everyone! I am also a newly passed RN! Just like you guys, I am also confused. There are some who are saying that we should have our experiences first, but there are some saying that we should just pass the NCLEX and IELTS.. huhu. Don't really know yet what to do.
