I just pass last NLE board exam, sadly I am already working here in Saudi Arabia..

if my License will not be valid, I am planning to go back in the Philippines..

If yes, then there's no license your you to renew..
The test is just the first step for you to have the license. The second is oath taking (although some bypasses this) then the next one is for you to register in the roster list of nurses.

As long as you haven't registered (first registration in PRC) --- i think ^_^
