A - September 24
B - September 25
C - September 26
D - September 27
E - September 28
F - October 1
G - October 2 or 3

\will it matter for evryone who passed the licensure exam the rating? you must be thankful if you passed thats all, and besides if your applying abroad they just ask your license not your rating.

But I believe the rating matters heavily if you decide to apply for a job locally...

yes it matters when you apply locally because it's one of their requirements before you could get a job...
