slow eligibilitiy


we all know that board of nursing in california is the slowest when it comes to sending their eligibilities. is it ok if i'll have my address changed into my aunt's address in California? Will it be more faster than addressed here in the Philippines? or would there be any immigration concerns?

It will make no difference where you live, will not make the progress any quicker
