in there is a list of the topics for jun 2007 NLE(i'm not sure how accurate). where can i get one for the dec 2007 NLE. your help are very much appreciated. thanks.

Anything that was covered in your nursing program is game for the NLE. And the questions will be changing, the exam in December will be different from the June exam.

The topics change as well. There are already several threads discussing what to do to prepare for that exam, so not going to repeat it here. Preparation does not change for exam to exam.
