I have a friend who's already working w/ MOH, she said the contract is renewable yearly, even if you sign a two year contract here in manila, once youll get there, its up to you if you wana renew it for another year. The starting salary rate depends on what hospital youll be placed, but i tink much beter in poea coz no salary deduction at all.
