HI! its been a while since my last post here, I dont know where is the right thread for my question, I am currently working at saudi arabia as a nurse. I have a pending I140 petition and I am on my packet 3, here's my query, is it possible that I may be endorsed in the US Embassy in Saudi Arabia instead going back to the Philippines?

Again sorry for posting in a wrong thread..got lost?...

Yes you can. You need to make sure your address is updated to Saudi Arabia by the lawyer and that is your preferred choice for interview

Heart Broken Re: Saudi- MOH
Why is it that others already have their scheduled interview at SRO-MOH when they have submitted theirs just last January 23 while I myself have submitted their application papers and documents at window M last December 22, 2008? And still waiting for the text..

How do they choose the applicants to be interviewed? I thought everyone has to undergo screening through interviews and examinations and from there they would choose? Please help, replies are highly appreciated.Thank you for those who will reply.

Hi there chubachuchu..well the least you can do is go to SRO followup your application and tell them your concern or otherwise go to POEA check if they really submitted your application to them. Sometimes too much applications can possibly be too much for the SRO people to handle. Hope your file doesn't lost. ..Hope this can help. Goodluck
