If a two year experience an agency deploying in New Zealand requires that.

Goodluck!

Sad to say that they're doing that. The other night, I tried to apply online to one of the agency I read in POEA, and guess what, they texted me already for a personal interview! That was fast! Too bad I have no time and my requirements are still incomplete.

If ever you have a two year experience, what would be the right thing to do, going through an agency or applying to SRO? Because as of now, I'm not quite sure. Which is more practical, convenient and better?

Hi!
I suggest that if you really wanna work in KSA---- and
If you do have a 2 or 3 yrs experience in a hospital in 150 bed capacity or more, i suggest that you go straight to the agency. at least you will have an idea on where in KSA they gonna deploy u. of course, they won't entertain you if you are not complete with their requirements.

wow that was fast? well, you still have time to prepare your requirements though.

regarding experience at MOH.. try to read the early part of the threads here. They would somehow answers your curiosity.

If ever you applied in agencies.. it is your right to ask which part of KSA your going to and ask for the name of the hospital. Some agencies are very vocal with this.. then you can check out with your friends who is currently working in KSA, if you have any. just to make sure, ayt?

Prior, check first the agencies if they are legallly listed in POEA.

I applied in POEA last Sept '08. No updates up until now. I received that text message for flight attendant for Saudi Airlines and I applied for it. (You never know, one can also be a flight nurse) I passed the prelim screening and was asked to go to Dusit Hotel. We were about 80 and only 12 were able to advance. Those girls are flight attendants of local airlines so there's no question. I found out that many nurses received that text mesage as well! Haha! We're like so desperate to go out of the country! :hngon:

I went to SRO in BDO Plaza Makati and they do not accept walk-in applicants. For those who are interested, submit the requirements to POEA and wait for their text message. I passed the requirements Sept. last year and still no response. The guard from SRO said that there will be delegates coming this month! That's a good sign so let's keep our fingers crossed and hope for the best. Good luck to us!
