hello! I'm new here but i been reading this site for a year now.

Regarding Saudi-MOH.. due to this site i was encouraged to submit my requirements to POEA last August 13, 2008 in Window M. The man in that window said that i have to wait for the SRO to call or text. After 2 weeks of not receiving any of those I read again this thread and found out that it will take 3-4 weeks before the SRO will contact me. Unfortunately it's been more than a month now and i have'nt got any... I wonder why???
So I went to POEA again Window M to follow-up my application, Mrs. Javier told me to wait because it's still Ramadan! what??? is the SRO office closed during Ramadan?

I don't know what to do now!!! HELP!!!

Should I visit POEA again? They might misplaced my application. Should I submit another set of requirements? I do have the orange card/registration card they gave when i submitted my requirements.

Can someone answer my questions pls!! THANKS A BUNCH IN ADVANCE!

I really love this site!

Just wait for them to SMS you and stop worrying. The 3-4 weeks wait takes longer now. Last August 21-29 they held the interview and examination at the SRO for applicants from February to July. So it would probably take a while before they'll conduct another screening.

And DON'T submit another application. Be patient and just prepare for the interview/exam while waiting. Goodluck!

No, you don't need to submit your requirements again. All you need is to wait after the Eid which is a week long holiday. All businesses will resume after the holidays probably on the first week of October.

wow! thank you so much for your clarifications.

ysth83 thank you for that precise information. Now i don't have to worry, I'll just have to waiiiitttttt....
I think many filipino nurses are considering Saudi-MOH to gain work experience rather than to wait here in our country for nothing.

Gemini_star thank you also at least I don't have to go to POEA again and waste some money.

Is the SRO screening difficult? How about the examination and interview? What do I have to review? Are all applicants equally treated or they prioritize those who have work experience? Thanks again...

WOW! im relieved.. really!! I can't thank you enough. This site is awesome!!!

when you are hired via POEA, are you considered Direct Hired? Hired through Agency? or Hired through Government Placement Branch?
